George Qin, CPA, CMA, MBA is an Audit Partner and leads the SEC Audit Practice in China at MaloneBailey, LLP. Mr. Qin is an expert in leading privately-owned Chinese companies and entrepreneurs who are either in the process of going public or who have gone public in the United States via an initial public offering (IPO) or reverse-merger.

George’s team possess the requisite skills in terms of language, technical, and cultural expertise to manage the intricacies of conducting audits in China.

Born and raised in China and fluent in both Mandarin and English, George previously worked for two Big Four accounting firms in the United States, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Qin’s SEC reporting expertise includes Forms 10-K, Super 8-K, 10-Q, S-1, S-3, and S-4 filings.

George also has proficiency guiding clients through their initial implementation of SOX, preparing consolidated financial statements, and leading clients through mergers and acquisitions, master limited partnership formations, and initial public offerings.

George earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Tianjing University in Tianjin, China and his Master of Business Administration degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Management Accountants.
